Touted as the “loudest band in New York” A Place to Bury Strangers is a band you should check out.
This rock/psychedelic/experimental threesome is generating a good deal of hype. Even allmusic.com has taken notice.

I, for one, love it. Refreshing…not in a lying in a hammock way, but in a great respect for pushing limits way….and playing a cool new beat on your steering wheel in the car kind of way.
The band is playing the Bowery Ballroom on November 7th with The Black Angels and Spindrift.
