Black Kids at Virgin Megastore

Blog-darlings Black Kids will be playing a free in-store at Virgin Megastore in Union Square on July 22 at 7 p.m. Buy  their debut album Partie Traumatic beginning that day at 9 a.m. and receive a wristband for the performance and signing.

Fleet Foxes Add Another Show

Sub Pop darlings the Fleet Foxes played at Bowery Ballroom last night and tonight they play a sold out show at Union Hall. If you don’t have tickets to that one, they just added a late show at midnight, also at Union Hall. Tickets go on sale for that one at noon.

Electronica at Irving Plaza

 
Deadmau5, an electronica DJ from Toronto, will be playing at Irving Plaza on July 18. He’s worked with everyone from Armin van Buren to Tommy Lee and has done remixes for Daft Punk, Crystal Method, and others. Tickets are $15 and you can get them here.
