El Guincho Playing Free Show Tonight, I’m From Barcelona Coming Soon

Recently named Best New Music by Pitchfork, El Guincho is in town from Barcelona and is playing a free show for Other Music at Union Pool in Brooklyn tonight. Apparently he rocked it at SXSW and at Mercury Lounge last night, so this seems like a good show to check out.
Incidentally, the very large band I’m From Barcelona, who are actually from Sweden, will be at Maxwell’s on April 25 and at a boomBOOM presents show at Brooklyn Masonic Temple on May 1 with Thao Nguyen. Tickets here.
