Hercules and Love Affair Debut to Hit in March
So I’ve been really digging new Brooklyn band Hercules and Love Affair’s awesome single “Blind,” which features vocals by Antony Hegarty. Their Italo disco-inspired debut album comes out March 10 on DFA (also home to LCD Soundsystem, Hot Chip, and The Rapture) and I suspect it will blow up pretty big, considering all the attention they’re already getting from blogs like gorillavsbear (where you can check out some awesome remixes of “Blind”) and magazines like this month’s Fader. I see a dance party on the horizon!

I’ve heard good things about them well, thanks for the tip off! Also, this might be one of the most amazing press shots ever. Was it taken in 1987?

Coming just back from holidays in italy! “blind” is really a big hit there and gets heavy rotation on public radio ! Amazing !
