Friday, Day One of All Points West Festival in Liberty State Park, NJ, started off rainy but soon the weather improved. Even through the wind and rain though, Mates of State played and the crowd enjoyed them.

“Mates of State’s new record Re-Arrange Us is coming out next week (May 20th) and to celebrate the band is playing a show in Manhattan at 7pm on Wednesday, May 21st at a secret location. Sound Fix has 25 pairs of tickets to give away to the first 25 people that purchase the record. The location will be printed on the ticket but cannot be announced ahead of time. Coachella East aka All Points West has announced its initial lineup for its three-day festival taking place in Liberty Park Aug. 8-10.

Radiohead is headlining Friday and Saturday while Jack Johnson (ugh, I know) is on Sunday. The rest of the lineup so far is:

Tickets for All Points Wests go on sale Friday, February 29 at 12 Noon (ET) via ticketmaster only. Single day passes are $89 and three-day passes are $258. A portion of the event’s proceeds will benefit “Friends of Liberty State Park.” The Friends of Liberty State Park is an open space advocacy volunteer organization dedicated to the park’s future as a free, green and non-commercial, urban waterfront oasis.
